This is bad, I am still feeling unwell!
My new job has a dark feel to it and essentially, we are not exactly being very nice to the people we are dealing with. It includes a lot of interaction of an emotional sort and it is an 'emotional labour'. Unlike my last job that was mostly physical labour.
I woke up this morning and 'released my lower energies' again and that was due to complete exhaustion. I have as of yet no strategy to deal with it.
So, I have ideas but they are not forming. It is possibly a large part to do with my health problem a few days ago and perhaps I have not caught up.
