Jesus and violence. Part 2

So, following on from the last post where I laid out some of what my argument will be in this discussion.

I have a plan for what I am going to write, and this is information that is needed as a necessary backdrop. It is 'intervening information'. But there is no application for it yet in this post. In this post I am going to talk about the work of Paul Wallis, then in part 3 the work of Aaron Abke. Then following that in an order I haven't decided, I want to talk about, after having destroyed a lot of the legitimacy of the bible and Chrisitianity, what then IS a good thing to follow and what does relate back to these Christian teachings.

Those parts are going to be things like a post on the Law of One and forgiveness, philosophy and Christianity and QAnon, since the QAnon perspective does in fact push non violence from my perspective, and links more heavily to Christianity and Jesus' teachings than is obvious.

Bloody Minded Christians.

Paul is very satisfying for me to follow and listen to. Very satisfying because he has done his homework and his case is pretty airtight. It is also not easy to follow too much of Pauls work as he is simply very intelligent, and the amount of technical information he fills a general presentation with is very high.

I don't know if you have ever tried to debate a committed mainstream Christian. But it is HARD work. I have tried to talk to them about the work of Aaron Abke and it is just, every minute nasty little thing they can do they can do. If you bring up a meme to represent something as an example. They will ignore as much of it as they can.

Say, I was saying that the apostle Paul and James disagreed with each other, and I put up an image where James goes through each point Paul has stated and opposes it. Right down to issues such as what the story of Abraham means. They will not read it they will only take what you have quoted and stated. So if you want to address any of the other like... seven points or so, you have to quote each one.

It is just an unsatisfying, long term, slog. They will simply not answer things if you have made a point they can't counter.

Arguing with a lot of different types of individuals. Such as feminists, is no different I suppose. But, there are a lot of Christians, and it appears to me that a lot of society has yielded a lot of space to Christians, for just the lack of energy reserves to engage in that level of bloody mindedness. It is exhausting, and that is ONE CHRISTIAN. One. After you have finished the conversation, another one that will not acknowledge or read any of the points you made to the first one will expect you to do it all over again responding with only slightly different points. That is, if the first one is even changed enough that you can move onto addressing the second one.

It is 100% stubbornness. I believe, information like I am discussing on this blog will come out some day and be acknowledged by the mainstream and this sudden breaking of truth into these peoples world view will cause severe trauma... and you know what, they will deserve it. People tried to tell them.

The work of Paul Wallis.

Against this tide then comes the work of Paul Wallis. He has done the leg work to oppose these people. Notably, Mauro Biglio, who translated 17 interlinear bibles for the Vatican, is someone he talks with and has aligned his work with.

So if the Christian doesn't want to hear it, OK, but they have no basis on which to call it false.

Pauls work basically states that if you go back to the original writings of the bible. A lot of it has been mistranslated, and most likely deliberately.

For instance, the word 'God' in Genesis Elohim,, DOES NOT MEAN GOD. It means 'sky people' or 'the powerful ones'.  Which, notably, is a plural.

The story, going into books in the bible completely ignored by most Christians, such as the early parts where 'God' received gold, goats and virgins. Paul actually makes the case that most of the Old Testament is an historical account of a time when Extra Terrestrial reptilians (Like Yahweh) lived among us.

For instance, one of the things said in the bible, rather than just 'Have no other gods before me', I think it is the first commandment. There is a passage that says something like 'Do not align yourself with the gods on the other side of Euphrates river'.

In this segment. The Reptilian Yahweh, that owns the humans in one section of the globe. has human chattle, almost exactly like the fictional Gua Ould in Stargate. He is telling people to stay loyal to him and not go to another 'God/ Reptilian', that is in another part of the world.

His content spans books and many youtube videos. Far too much to summarise here even if I was inclined to do so. One other thing I will mention though is that Paul states that only certain texts were used by the church that could be formed into a "bible". Twisted to tell a certain story. There are other texts from around the same time that also link with the story and provide more context. Some of which have become mythologised in other cultures. Such as how Prometheus giving humans fire, might be an analogy, on the same level, as the snake giving Eve an apple in the garden of Eden. An "upgrade".

There is not a great deal that needs to be said from Paul Wallis' work in relation to the subject matter. It is mostly the New Testament, not the Old Testament, that needs to be focused on. I have heard a point here and there about a translation of something Jesus said that was "mistranslated". But it is probably more the work of Aaron Abke on the bible I will be focusing on. But Pauls work might come up.

Conclusion.

In general, it casts a specifically skeptical light on the potential misrepresentations of what biblical texts mean and Jesus' message, which might allow us to then consider disregarding things that don't make sense, that contradict, and seeing if we can find more light in what other spiritual texts have said or even, I know I am talking from a Christian framework here, but even, what is logically and practically true!
